2007 Update;
After graduation, I attended Everett Jr. College for almost two years, but got tired of school and wanted a real job with real money. Went to work at Simpson Paper Company where I met my husband, Dean, and we married in 1962.
We purchased some property in East Everett and had our home build where we still reside - 43 years later!!
After about five years of marriage, we adopted our daughter, Deana, who is the joy of our life. I became a stay-at-home mom for about twelve years.
I returned to Everett Jr. College and took a medical/secretarial course. My family doctor needed a receptionist and offered me the job, so I worked for Dr. Bond for 10 years.
After battling many episodes of back pain, carpal tunnel and other job related health problems, I retired from our medical receptionist job to - again - be a stay-at-home wife.
A couple years later, I went to work at Star Center Antique Mall to be around the "Love of my Life" antiques.
I retired from working outside the home in 1997 and am enjoying being a full-time wife and grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren.
