2007 Update:
After graduation I worked at the Everett Clinic and started EJC expecting to get enough college to become an airline hostess and "see the world". I became Wome's Assoc. President. While at EJC I got my Mrs. degree (met and married my first husband Rod). We have 4 children: Ken 48, CEO of Seattle Bank, is the father of two boys and 1 girl. His daughter, Christina has given us our first great-grandson who is now 1-1/2. Ken lives with his second wife in the Mukilteo area. Leslie 46 is the mother of two boys. She and her husband and the boys live just a mile or so away from me. Michele 44, a teacher and mother of one son lives with her State Patrolman husband in the Lake Tapps area. Matt 34, father of a two year old boy lives with his wife and son in the Lake Tapps area also.
I was divorced in 1979, started work for Safeway and eventually became contract administrator. I retired after 26 years at the end of 2005. Met Lemeal in 1984 and we were together for 22 wonderful years until his death from cancer in 2006. I still have the motor home and have even taken it out a few times on my own. I'm thinking of selling it though to move on to cruises and the like here in my waning years. (Still hoping to "see the world".)
I live in the home Rod and I build here in Redmond in '64. I am active in my church, the Red Hat Society, woodworking, crafting, working in my rose garden, and enjoy time with family and friends. I hope I can stay as young at heart as Mom did till her death in 2003 at the "ripe old age" of 88. Hope to see many of you at our 50th.
